Are Katrina Kaif and Hrithik Roshan the new best friends in Bollywood?

The Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara co-stars are bonding big time during the current schedule of Bang Bang

Katrina Kaif and Hrithik Roshan are seem to be bonding big time on the sets of their upcoming film, Bang Bang. As you all know, 2013 has not been a great year for both Hrithik and Katrina. Roshan Jr was out of action as he faced a major head injury while shooting an action sequence for the same film, after which he had to go through a surgery. Though the surgery was successful, the Krrish 3 actor faced another hard knock when his wifey, Sussanne Khan decided to end their marriage. Katrina on the other hand also faced something very similar as problems started brewing between her and alleged boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor during their US trip sometime around the New Year’s.

Now we hear that these two heartbroken peeps are getting quite close to each other. According to a report in a leading daily, the growing proximity between the duo is quite evident during the shoot of Bang Bang.

“Both are recovering from recent heartbreaks and have found an anchor in each other,” a source close to the unit was quoted by the same daily. The source also adds that when Hrithik was hospitalised, the Jab Tak Hai Jaan actor went straight to meet him after returning from her infamous Ibiza trip with Ranbir. “His injury delayed Bang Bang and Katrina’s schedule was knocked for a six. But she stood by his side and accommodated all the date changes without complaining. On the contrary, she was always trying to cheer him up by calling him up or sending his text messages,” the source further adds. That’s sweet, isn’t it?

The Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara co-stars were shooting in Shimla before and currently they are in Manali to shoot a song. According to the source, “In Shimla, they spent a lot of time discussing life and cinema after pack up. They were very chilled out, chatting with the hotel staff and would even pose for pictures with them. The equation is just as good in Manali where they will shoot a song in almost sub-zero temperature.”
