When contacted, Abbas confirmed the news saying, "It's true, we met Mr. Bachchan and he found the script fantastic. Along with him, there will be four more actors - two male and two female leads. We'll be casting them soon."

From unconfirmed reports about Ankita slapping him in public after a jealous fit, to buzz about a secret engagement in Indore and more reports about a fight and a ugly breakup, this love saga had started resembling a TV soap, more than a mushy rom-com.
When Mirror contacted Sushant Singh Rajput for the real version, he refuted all rumours of a split. "I will admit that I'm amused by these never-ending rumours and also very impressed by some of the innovative stories and attempts to make my personal life spicy," he said. So all is well? "I'm all sorted and very happy with Ankita."

"Fortunately, Paresh bhai liked the character. After that I took the other diametrically different role to Rishi Kapoor, who was hooked when he learnt that Paresh bhai and he'd be co-stars. He directed Paresh bhai in Aa Ab Laut Chalen and was excited at the prospect of sharing screen space with him," reminisces the writer-director while talking about his yet-untitled project which stars Vir Das and debutante Payal Ghosh in the romantic lead.
"They are both businessmen but are poles apart and share a similar love-hate relationship. While one is colourful, flamboyant and larger-than-life, the other is traditionally conservative," says Chhel, who describes the film as a comedy, like the kind Hrishikesh Mukherjee excelled in.
This scene which shows Rishi trying to hose down Paresh was filmed in Surat in February. It was a wintery day, yet Paresh had no objections to getting a cold shower for the shot.

Sources said the national icons will reach out to people through programmes such as systematic voter education and electoral participation (SVEEP), which aims at increasing voter turnout as also quality of electoral participation in terms of informed and ethical voting.

Sunny Leone’s ‘sexy’ image precedes her individual, so much that recently the actor was banned from entering Indore for her film Ragini MMS 2 promotions. One of the most warm and down-to-earth actor however is unperturbed by all this hype and hoopla around her. In fact Sunny is busy nurturing her first baby already. Before you let your thoughts run helter skelter, let’s get to the point Bollywood is her first baby that she wants to focus on at the moment. The actor in a recent interview confessed, “I would love to have babies but I don’t know when. This is one moment which I can’t replace ever in my life. This is the best phase of my life and my focus is on Bollywood. If I have a baby, then ‘great’, but I can’t predict the future.”Sunny, who is married to Daniel Weber, says the choice of working post motherhood depends on an individual. “I am married now and may be I will have kids and continue with my work even after that. We are in 2014. It’s an individual experience, individual decision (to work after having a baby),” she added.
Most actors build a career in filmdom before marriage, but Sunny says her life has been in reverse gear. “My life has gone backwards. I think I am an entertainer and it shouldn’t matter whether I am married or have kids or whatever. But I have to say I have a very supportive husband and family. He is not going to hold me back from doing a role. If the role is sexy, we work through it as a couple,” said the 32-year-old, who married Weber in 2011.
Sunny, whose tryst with the Indian entertainment industry started with the reality show Bigg Boss 5. It was during her stint on the show that she received her first Bollywood offer – the 2012 film Jism 2. She says making a place here has been tough. “It is difficult because the industry is new for me. It’s difficult because you don’t know what is right and what is wrong. Are they the right people? Bollywood star Aamir Khan has registered a complaint with the Mumbai police in the wake of a defamatory campaign against him on social networking website Facebook. The “malicious messages are wrong and baseless”, he has said.Aamir Saturday met Mumbai Police Commissioner Rakesh Maria and Joint commissioner (law and order) Sadanand Date. The officials have assured swift investigation and action. The Cyber Cell of the Crime Bureau will investigate the case, said an official statement.
Aamir made his TV debut with “Sataymev Jayate” (SMJ) in May 2012 and the show, dealing with sensitive social issues like female feticide, domestic violence and child abuse, received a warm welcome from the TV viewers after it went on air on Star Plus. Some of the episodes dealing with female feticide and malpractices in medical field recorded the highest ratings.
He launched the second season March 2 on STAR India channels with a sensitive issue of rape, and the second episode, beamed Sunday, talked about police force.
It has been alleged in the messages on social networking site (https://www.facebook.com/AwakIND/posts/10151964856603531?stream_ref=10) that that when at the end of the show, Aamir asks for donations for Humanity Trust, the money is used for masjid construction assistance and placement assistance for Muslim youth.

“False and malicious messages are circulating through various electronic media. including WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter and other social media networks, alleging that donations are being sought in my television program ‘Satyamev Jayate’ Season 2, in relation to an entity by the name of Humanity Trust, which is claimed to be working in the field of Masjid Construction Assistance and placement assistance for Islamic youngsters. This is entirely false,” Aamir said in his March 7 post on https://www.facebook.com/aamirkhan.com.

Recently the Kuch Kuch Hota Hai director was at the trailer launch of Chetan Bhagat’s filmi version of 2 States (starring Alia Bhatta and Arjun Kapoor), where he was asked if Ranveer and Deepika would be doing Shuddhi. “No they are not finalised,” KJo replied without divulging any further details.
A few days earlier, Karan had announced that Shuddhi, which has been on hold for more than a year will finally release in 2015 and that the star cast of the film will be finalised by next month.
Looks like all we can do is just wait for an official statement from the Koffee with Karan host himself. Or we can continue to play the guessing game. What say peeps?
Shaadi Ke Side Effects' review: Clichés ke side effects
Farhan Akhtar, Vidya Balan and Saket Chaudhary – this is a combination that is difficult to go wrong with. But somehow, the feeling one gets after watching `Shaadi ke Side Effects` is that even the best combinations can falter.
However, this edition of 'Side Effects' is riddled with clichés, which is disappointing given the freshness of the original ‘Pyaar Ke Side Effects’.
Farhan and Vidya are Sidharth and Trisha Roy, a happily married couple living in the modern Indian double-income-no-kids urban home. Sidharth, an aspiring music composer, tries to make the relationship work with white lies and some `inspirational` advice for married couples. However things change with the coming of their first child, Mini. The movie is about how Farhan tries to manoeuvre around the changed relationship at hand. Sidharth`s tolerance is tested, with Trisha increasingly shifting her focus to the child.
Just as `Pyaar Ke Side Effects` was an objective look at the urban relationship, `Shaadi..` takes a look at the urban marriage. However, this movie will make you believe that marriage equals baby; and ideally it should have been called "Baap Banne Ke Side Effects". The entire movie is based on what having a child did to the husband and not the wife.
Sidharth is in a real pickle adjusting to fatherhood, and a lot of laughs are generated by depicting the lengths a family has to go through to adapt to parenting.
You really start sympathising with Sidharth`s situation. Even though individually Farhan and Vidya give good performances, the chemistry is somewhat lacking. Vir Das, as Manav, is badly used and appears to be just a filler with no real contribution to the plot. Ram Kapoor`s character is well etched out, while Ila Arun and Purab Kohli have short but interesting roles.
The first half is all you can expect from a rom-com -- it is funny, quirky, goes at an even pace and mirrors modern marriages somewhat successfully. But the humour fizzles out after that. The movie begins to drag and loses the promise it shows early on. There are times where the movie almost falls into melodrama. The introduction of additional characters in the second half makes an already stretched plot worse, testing the viewers’ patience.
The music by Pritam is peppy. `Harry’s Not a Brahmachari` by Jazzy B and Divya Kumar is a good dance number, sure to be popular in clubs this season. `Bawla Sa Sapna` by Mohit Chauhan is soulful.
If only the makers could have thought up a better second half, this could have been a winner. While still watchable due to the novelty of Farhan and Vidya pairing up, and the everyman status of Farhan`s character that everyone can relate to, it fails to live up to the cult status that Saket Chaudhary achieved with `Pyaar ke...`.
